1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using Xleria, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them and with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Xleria.
- Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, and other content you upload to Xleria ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Xleria a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and the members of your galleries.
You're solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload it and to share it with the people you invite to your galleries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Xleria to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, particularly involving minors
- Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Scrape, resell, or use the Service in a way that isn't intended for personal, private photo sharing
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 7.
5. Galleries & invites
Gallery owners control who can join their galleries via invite links or codes, and are responsible for who they invite. Anyone who joins a gallery can generally view its content and, depending on the owner's settings, upload their own. Removing a member or deleting a gallery is managed by the gallery's owner from within the app.
6. Plans, storage & billing
Xleria offers a free plan with limited storage, and paid plans or storage top-ups for additional space. If you purchase a paid plan or storage:
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method
- Prices and storage limits are shown to you before you complete a purchase
- Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card details
- Except where required by law, storage purchases and plan charges are non-refundable
7. Suspension & termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Xleria is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we encourage you to keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xleria and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or videos, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app. Continuing to use Xleria after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
